Everest AI is an AI software platform operated by Amit Pathak in Nepal.
What the service is
Everest AI provides AI chat, question paper generation, and related educational and productivity tools. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued as the platform evolves.
User responsibilities
You agree to use Everest AI responsibly and lawfully. Do not abuse the service, use it for illegal activity, send spam, interfere with the platform, or share your account credentials with other people. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Subscriptions and payments
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan and payment terms shown at checkout. Unless a plan says otherwise, a subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until it is cancelled. Any applicable taxes or payment-provider charges may be included in the amount shown at checkout.

Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit to Everest AI, subject to any rights or permissions needed for us to operate the service. Everest AI owns its code, platform, branding, designs, and other platform materials unless stated otherwise.
Limitation of liability
Everest AI is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. AI-generated output can contain mistakes and should be reviewed before being relied upon. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Everest AI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account when reasonably necessary, including for abuse, illegal activity, security concerns, or material violations of these terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice before termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute will be handled under the applicable courts and legal procedures of Nepal.
