Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to operate Everest AI. Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by Supabase for authentication and databases, Ollama for AI model processing, eSewa, Khalti, or Stripe for payments, and Resend for email delivery.
Cookies
Everest AI may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, authentication, preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we may delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS for data in transit, access controls, and encryption at rest where supported by our infrastructure and service providers. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Because some of our infrastructure and service providers operate internationally, your information may be processed or stored outside Nepal. We take reasonable steps to use appropriate providers and safeguards when handling this information.
