When refunds apply
A refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase when the paid service did not work as reasonably expected. Refund requests are reviewed against the purchase and service records.
When refunds do not apply
Refunds generally do not apply after 7 days from purchase, or where an account was terminated because of abuse or a material violation of the Terms & Conditions.
How to request a refund
Email everest.ai.cloud@gmail.com with your purchase ID and a brief description of the problem.
Processing time
Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–14 business days. The time it takes for funds to appear can also depend on the payment provider or bank.
